层次分析法在建筑工程项目风险评定中应用 姓 名 胡召钊 学 号 230 院 系 土木工程学院 专 业 土木工程建造和管理 摘要 目前，伴随中国国民经济迅猛发展，中国建筑工程建设展现出快速增加趋势。同时建筑工程项目含有投资大、建设时间长等特点，在建设过程中碰到不可预见原因很多，使得建筑工程项目建设过程中参与方可能面临很对风险，假如对此不加以预防，将会给业主、承包商等各参与方带来严重后果。基于以上原因，在建筑工程项目中提前发觉风险、发出预警信号迫在眉睫。本文研究就是在此背景下提出。 本文从建筑工程项目风险基础知识入手，简明叙述了建筑工程风险管理相关理论知识；分析建筑工程项目风险原因；并系统探讨了层次分析法数学模型、指标值确实定、判定矩阵及一致性检验方法和步骤；依据建筑工程项目风险设置，建立了建筑工程风险预警层次分析法模型，对建筑工程风险进行了分析、评定。 总而言之，本文研究主意在于为建筑工程项目风险预警提供一个行之有效分析方法，为建筑工程风险管理提供一定科学依据，从而使建筑市场稳定发展。 关键词： 建筑工程 风险评定 层次分析法 Abstract At present, with the rapid development of our national economy, construction of the building of our country shows the trend of rapidgrowth.
