学海无涯苦作舟! 学海无涯苦作舟! 企业人事管理系统 摘要 人事管理实施的好坏关系到企业的生存与长远发展。传统的人事管理，繁琐而且 效率低下，对于企事业单位的人事管理部门来说，非常需要一个操作方便、功能实 用、能够满足本企业对员工信息管理及需求的系统。 企业人事管理系统是一个面向企业人事部门工作人员，为其提供服务的综合信息 系统，管理人员通过本系统可以完成相关的日常工作。系统采用了面向对象的分析与 设计，开发采用 grails 架构，系统主要功能有：奖惩管理、工资管理、请假管理、培 训管理、员工管理、系统管理和招聘管理等。 本系统可以减少传统人力资源管理带来的诸多弊端，大大节约人力资源管理的成 本，可以应用于中小型企业的管理，具有一定的应用价值。系统界面友好，易于操 作。 关键词：GRAILS ; MVC人事管理; En terprise Pers onnel Man ageme nt SystemAbstract The quality of the impleme ntati on of pers onnel man ageme nt related to the survival and Ion g-term developme nt. Traditi onal pers onnel man ageme nt is cumbersome and in efficie nt, for enterprises and institutions of the personnel management department is very need a convenient operation, and can meet the practical function of enterprise information man ageme nt and employees of the system requireme nts. Enterprise personnel management system is the system which is for the Enterprise personnel departments staffs and to provide an integrated information system services for them. Man agers can do their daily work through the system. System uses the object-orie nted an alysis and desig n, using the GRAILS framework in developme nt, the main fun cti on of the system: incen tive man ageme nt,payma nageme nt, leave man ageme nt, training man ageme nt, employee man ageme nt, system man ageme nt and employeed man ageme nt. This system can reduce the problem which the traditi onal huma n resource man ageme nt brings. It can significant savings the cost of human resource management and can be applied to small bus in ess man ageme nt and has a certa in value.
