精品文档，下载后可随意编辑! 精品文档，下载后可随意编辑! 浅析我国航空公司的危机管理 摘要 企业在生产经营中面临着多种危机， 并且无论哪种危机发生，都有可能给企业带来 致命的打击。对于企业来说，危机管理迫在眉睫，它不再仅仅局限于处理突发性事件， 而注重挖掘企业管理的深层次原因日渐成为企业管理必不可少的组成部分。 那么，如何 进行科学的危机管理呢？法国管理学家费尧曾说过， 管理不是一个点，而是一条线，是 相互联系的运动过程。”危机管理也是这样，它的过程是消除企业危机因素的系列活动。 事实上，懂得应对危机与创造财富一样重要。企业危机一旦爆发，将会给企业带来灾难 性的影响。航空企业更是如此，因此本文通过认识危机、解读现状、制定尽量完备的危 机预处理方案三方面，阐释关于危机管理的一些理论。 关键词：企业危机管理；现状；危机预案 An analysis on the crisis management of the airlines ABSTRACT En terprises is facing with multiple crises in the process of producti on and man agement And no matter what the crisise are, they are likely to bring about fatal blows to enterprises. It is urge nt for en terprises to in troduce crisis man ageme nt, which is not only used to deal with un expected eve nts but also to mi ne the deep-seated reas ons for corporate man ageme nt ,a ns this is becoming an essential component of enterprise management. Then, How to deal with the crisis of management scientifically? French management scientists Feja once said, Ma nageme nt is not a point, but a line , It is a in terrelated moveme nt process. This is also true of Crisis management. The process of crisis management is a series of activities.to elimi nate bus in ess risk factors .In fact, knowing how to resp ond to crisises is as importa nt as the creation of wealth. Once enterprise crisis breaks out, it will have a devastating impact on bus in esses.Much more was this the case with aviati on en terprises.This article in lustrated some crisis man ageme nt theories by recog nizing the crisis ,in terpreti ng the status quo and develop ing a comprehe nsive pretreatme nt for crisis as far as possible.
