经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 经典2019成稿 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘 要 我国是世界上老年人口最多的国家，也是老龄化速度较快的国家。医疗水平的不断提高使人均寿命越来越长，同时，受计划生育影响的独生子女父母辈正逐渐步入老年，加之年轻劳动力的流动，针对失能老人的护理服务成为亟待解决的问题，所以，我国需要尽快构建符合国情的长期护理保险制度，解决失能老人的护理服务需求。 安徽省内经济发展水平较低、老龄化程度较严重的安庆市，成为了省内唯一的试点城市，本文以马斯洛需求层次理论和福利多元主义理论为依据，通过分析安庆试点长护险的基本情况，探讨其发展长护险可能存在的问题，在借鉴其他试点城市和国外经验的基础上，为建立长护险提出一些建议。 关键词：安庆试点；护理服务；长期护理保险制度 ABSTRACT China is the country with the largest elderly population in the world, and it is also the country with a faster aging rate. With the continuous improvement of the level of medical care, life expectancy is getting longer and longer,at the same time,the only child parents affected by family planning are gradually entering old age, coupled with the flow of young labor force.Nursing service for the disabled elderly has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, our country needs to construct a long-term care insurance system in line with the national conditions of our country as soon as possible to solve the nursing service demand of the disabled elderly. Anqing City, which has a low level of economic development and a serious degree of aging in Anhui Province, has become the only pilot city in the province. This paper is based on Maslows demand hierarchy theory and welfare pluralism theory. Based on the analysis of the basic situation of Anqing pilot long insurance, this paper probes into the possible problems in the development of long term insurance, and on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of other pilot cities and foreign countries, puts forward some suggestions for the establishment of long term insurance.
