经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 经典2019成稿 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,选择去餐饮场所用餐的人多了,有的场所的管理者却并不重视公众责任风险,也不能对可能发生的公众责任事故提前预防。现有的公众责任险存在保险费率不完善的情况,例如在费率调整中,只有消防安全系数,且划分标准并不完善。本文中首先介绍了大中型餐饮企业公众责任险的基本内容,掌握条款中包括的赔偿责任与免除责任;其次对餐饮企业可能造成公众责任事故的风险进行分析,从外环境风险、内环境风险、人员疏散风险、安全管理和消防风险五个方面进行详细的风险分析;再采用层次分析法将确定每一个风险因素所占权重,根据权重计算结果制定安全检查表以便对场所进行安全等级划分;最后根据风险分析结果,对保险现有费率进行调整,并选择食御轩美食广场北站店作为实例应用,制定保险方案。 关键词:大中型餐饮企业;公众责任险;层次分析法;安全检查表法;费率浮动 Abstract With the improvement of peoples living standards, more and more people choose to eat in catering places. However, the managers of some places do not pay attention to the risk of public liability and cannot prevent the possible public liability accidents in advance. The existing public liability insurance has imperfect premium rates. For example, in the rate adjustment, there are only fire safety factors, and the classification standards are not perfect.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic contents of public liability insurance for large and medium-sized catering enterprises, including the compensation liability and exemption liability. Secondly, the risk of public liability accident caused by catering enterprises is analyzed, from the external environmental risk, internal environmental risk, personnel evacuation risk, safety management and fire risk five aspects of detailed risk analysis; Then the weight of each risk factor was determined by the analytic hierarchy process (ahp).According to the weight calculation results, a safety checklist was developed to classify the safety level of the site.Finally, according to the results of risk analysis,the current insurance rate was adjusted, and shiyuxuan gourmet plaza north station store was selected as an example to develop the insurance scheme.
