延续性康复护理在手部软组织缺损伤患者术后康复中的应用 陈连娣 区洁崧 黄平艳 杨俊贵 杨帅智 黎惠芳 [摘要]目的 探討延续性康复护理对动脉化静脉皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损患者术后手功能恢复的影响。方法 回顾性分析20XX年3月～20XX年12月我院出院的60例动脉化静脉皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损伤患者作为研究对象，依照护理方式的不同将其分为观察组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）。两组住院期都根据动脉化静脉皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损伤的康复护理路径护理，对照组接受常规出院护理，1周后随访及康复指导，观察组在对照组基础上给予延续性康复护理，比较两组在术后1、3、6个月的手部感觉功能、运动功能康复情况。结果 术后1个月，两组手部运动功能及感觉功能比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），观察组术后3、6个月的手运动总优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;观察组术后6个月手感觉功能S5级占比高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对动脉化静脉皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损术后患者实施延续性康复护理可促进患者手部运动功能和感觉功能恢复，缩短患者康复时间。 [关键词]延续性康复护理;动脉化静脉皮瓣;手部软组织缺损;手部功能 [中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0231-04 Application of continuous rehabilitation nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with soft tissue injury CHEN Lian-di1 QU Jie-song1 HUANG Ping-yan1 YANG Jun-gui1 YANG Shuai-zhi1 LI Hui-fang2 1.The Third Department of Surgery， Foshan Fifth People′s Hospital， Guangdong Province， Foshan 528211， China; 2.
