Purpose This SOP defi ne test requireme nt for drop test for milk frother. Testi ng method First, the drop test of sin gle package is carried out, and the n the drop test of cart on package is carried out. Procedure 3.1 Sin gle un it pack ing: Drop Height: 80cm Drop Procedure Firstly, make sure the sample is good sample (In cludi ng visual and function). Then, select suitable floor. The floor should be flat, rigid base such as steel, concrete etc. Con duct the drop test as per below seque nee: One corner: Drop 1: Bottom corner. Three edges: Drop 2: Front edge; Drop 3: Right edge; Drop 4: Bottom edge. Six face: Drop 5: Front; Drop 6: Rear; Drop 7: Right; Drop 8: Left; Drop 9: Top; Drop 10: Bottom. Testi ng result: Ifany damage or malfu nction is found on the product, the result for drop test will be failed. Ifany slight crush is found on the master cart on, it will not be coun ted as defect. The result is passed. Ifthe master cart on has serious crush or ope n seam or crush is found on the inner salable cart on, make a remark on the report and give a fa iled result. Ifa product comes out from the carton duri ng cart on drop test, the result should be f ailed.
