摘要：本文介绍了采用可编程控制器（PLC）作为核心控制部件，根据全自动洗衣机的 基本结构、工作流程和工作原理，以及对洗衣机的控制要求，利用可编程控制器 PLC 实 现控制,说明了 PLC 控制的原理方法,特点及控制洗衣机的特色。全自动洗衣机控制系统 利用了西门子 S7-200 系列 PLC 的特点,对按钮,电磁阀,开关等其他一些输入/输出点进 行控制,实现了洗衣机洗衣过程的自动化。由于每遍的洗涤,排水,脱水的时间由 PLC 内 定时器和计数器控制,所以只要改变定时器和计数器参数就可以改变时间。具有智能化 程度高、安全可靠、方便、灵活等特点。 PLC 编程简单易学，功能强大，性能稳定，抗干扰能力强而且 PLC 的体积小巧，能 耗低。所以通过实验证明，利用 PLC 完成对洗衣机的控制，控制性能稳定。 关键词：PLC；全自动洗衣机；西门子 Abstract ：This article introduces the programmable controller (PLC) as the key control components, according to the basic structure of automatic washing machine, working process and working principle, as well as to the control requirements of the washing machine, using the programmable controller PLC control, that the PLC control method of the principle, characteristics and control the characteristics of the washing machine.
