异甘草酸镁在肝动脉栓塞化疗时保肝作用的临床观察 陈宏书I侯妍2、张银华 1 ?潍坊市益都中心医院，山东省青州市，262500； 2.青州市妇幼保健院，山东省 青州市，262500 摘要目的探讨异甘草酸镁在肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)时肝功能的保护作用。方 法 选择91例行TACE治疗的原发性肝癌病人，随机分为实验组46例，对照组 45例，实验组在TACE当天开始给予异甘草酸镁(150mg/d)及对症支持治疗，对 照组于TACE当天开始仅给予对症支持治疗，疗程为15d。分别在治疗4d、8d、 15d测定血清总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、白 蛋白(ALB)水平。结果治疗组治疗前后肝功能无明显变化；对照组TBIL在第 4d、8d较治疗组明显升高(pvO.Ol), 15d有所下降，但仍高于治疗组(p0.05)；治 疗组ALT和AST在第4d、3d明显低丁对照组(p0.01),两组在15d均基木正 常；与治疗组相比，对照组ALB在第8d时开始明显下降(p0.05), 15天有所回 升，但不能达到正常水平(p0.05)o结论异什草酸镁可降低肝动脉栓塞化疗时引 起的肝细胞损害，减少并发症的发生。 关键词：异甘草酸镁；肝功能；原发性肝癌；肝动脉栓塞化疗 A Clinical Study of Protecting Liver Function of Compond Glycyrrhizin in Transcatheter Hepatic Arterial Chemoembolization CHEN Hong-shu1, HOU Yan\ ZHANG Yin-hua1 1.
