Methods A total of 60 patients with moderate-severt facial acne admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into control group and combined group according to the number table， with 30 patients in each group.Control group adopts single fruit acid for treatment of moderate to severe facial acne with hydroxy acid peeler，the combined group combined compound mumizki granules to treat moderate and severe facial acne on the basis of the control group，two groups of patients by VISIA detector to detect facial skin texture， including： brown spot， red， violet， pores， and symptoms integral，the adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of 76.67% in the combined group was better than 43.33% in the control group （P0.05）.There was no significant difference in facial pore， brown spot， purple substance， red area， water and pH value between the two groups before treatment （P0.05）.After treatment， the facial conditions of patients in both groups were improved， but the facial spots， purplish matter and red areas in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 0.05）.
