摘要 近年来，随着我国钢铁工业的发展，炼钢企业陆续开始采用大功率的屮频炉炼 钢，屮频冶炼技术应用于炼钢行业，一方面减少了钢铁行业的污染和能源损耗，改善 了钢铁工人的工作环境，产生了较高的经济效益和社会效益；另一?方面，由于屮频电 源整流和逆变设备的非线性，使屯网屮出现了大量的谐波，使用电设备和屯网本身的 安全都受到威胁，电力用户的经济效益也会受到影响。 本文主要是基于MATLAB/ SimPowerSystems对屮频炉谐波进行仿真分析，主要工 作如下： 介绍了屮频炉的工作原理。 实现了屮频炉的SimPowerSystems仿真。 实现了减小整流变压器漏电抗和加装无源滤波器对屮频炉谐波影响的 SimPowerSystems 仿真。 关键词:中频炉，谐波，SimPowerSystems,仿真，抑制措施 Abstract As the development of Chinese steel industry, the enteiprise has beginning to use power steelmaking of intermediate frequency furnace steelmaking in recent years? There are advantages and disadvantages of the applying of medium frequency smelting technology. On the one hand, it can reduce the pollution and energy losses of the steel industry, improve the steel workers working environment and result in the high economic efficiency and the social efficiency. On the other hand, because of intermediate frequency inverter power rectifier and equipment of nonlinear, it makes a large number of harmonic which threatens the safety of electrical equipment and power grid itself. This paper is mainly based on MATLAB/SimPowerSystems of intermediate frequency furnace harmonic simulation analysis, the main work are as follows: introduces the work principle of intermediate frequency furnace. realized the intennediate frequency furnace SimPowerSystems simulation. realized the SimPowerSystems simulation of decreasing the rectifier transformer leakage resistance and adding the passive filter for the influence of the harmonics of intermediate frequency furnace.
