PAGE 1 PAGE 1 PAGE 1 摘 要 鞋子作为我们不可或缺的日常生活用品，与每个人的生活息息相关，所以鞋业相关企业在经济发展中的地位也是不能小看的。我国的温州市是鞋业的重要出口基地之一，出口比重大，是温州市发展的支柱产业。但随着全球经济一体化的发展，各国都开始以反倾销作为保护本国贸易的重要手段，温州鞋业开始频繁遭遇国际反倾销调查。本文将温州鞋业作为研究对象，从多个维度入手，对其出口欧盟过程中所遇到的反倾销情况进行分析，试图挖掘出潜藏于其中的问题。本文由四部分构成，参照最近几年间温州鞋业的出口情况，并结合当前所遭遇的反倾销情况，把握住引发问题的真正原因，最后探讨了在企业结构，政府政策以及法律法规上对于温州鞋业频繁遭遇欧盟反倾销的应对策略。 关键词： 欧盟；反倾销；倾销 Abstract As an indispensable daily necessities, shoes are closely related to everybodys life, so the position of shoes related enterprises in economic development can not be underestimated. Wenzhou is one of the important export bases of shoe industry in our country, and its export proportion is very large. It is the pillar industry of Wenzhous development. However, with the development of global economic integration, all countries begin to take anti-dumping as an important means to protect their own trade. Wenzhou shoe industry began to encounter frequent international anti-dumping investigations. In this paper, Wenzhou shoe industry is taken as the research object, and the anti-dumping situation encountered in the process of exporting to the EU is analyzed from multiple dimensions, in order to find out the hidden problems. This paper consists of four parts, referring to the export situation of Wenzhou shoe industry in recent years, and combining with the current anti-dumping situation, grasps the real causes of the problems, and finally discusses the Countermeasures of frequent anti-dumping encounters by the European Union in the enterprise structure, government policies and laws and regulations.
