In the early stages of development, private enterprises have achieved certain development results through advantages in policies, funds, talents, and technology. As an important part of the socialist market economy, the private economy has played an irreplaceable role in the healthy and stable development of the national economy. Released a large number of jobs, absorbed a large number of laborers such as farmers, laid-off workers, and students, increased national income, changed the national income distribution pattern, activated the market economy, increased national taxes, and raised funds for various infrastructure constructions Funds, but also encountered some problems in the development process that need to be resolved. This article first analyzes the operating environment and development status of private enterprises in our province, then points out the problems that arise in private enterprises and analyzes their causes, and finally puts forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures to promote the development of private enterprises.
