本科毕业论文 (20 基于逆向物流的产品制造质量管理研究 摘要：质量作为产品的重要属性，随着经济全球化趋势口益发展，以及越來越激烈的竞 争环境，也越來越被企业所重视。如果企业的产品想耍在市场占有率上获得更大的份额, 就必须提高产品的质量，这样才能在未來的竞争中保持领先的地位。然而当前大多数企 业的质量管理往往只从供应链中正向物流的角度去看产品的供求关系，而对质量的形成 过程关注的较少。基于逆向物流的产品制造质量管理研究，从逆向物流的角度去看产品 的供求关系，来讨论产品的质量控制。本论文首先从质量管理的发展史出发，探讨产品 制造的质量管理，接着论述逆向物流的意义及内涵，研究分析逆向物流的国内外现状。 然后从产品形成的整个生命周期（包括产品的设计、产品的制造、产品的销售和使用） 去分析影响产品质量的各个环节。指出逆向物流在产品质量形成中的作用：降低成本、 节约资源、和信息反馈。以逆向物流角度去探讨产品制造过程中质量管理存在的一系列 问题，并以逆向物流为手段去对产品制造的质量管理进行改进。通过对逆向物流渠道的 控制，把产品生命周期中的信息收集起来并建立数据库，通过集成建立一个基于逆向物 流的产品制造质量管理系统，来对产品的制造进行质量控制。 关键词：逆向物流；质量管理；质量控制；供应链。 Manufacturing quality products management researchbased on the reverse logistics Abstract 【ABSTRACT】 With the trend of economic globalization, more and more fierce increasingly competitive environment, the enterprise pay more and more attention to product quality, enterprise want to gain a greater share of the market share, they must improve the quality of products, to keep competition advantage in the future.
