分析联合检测血清总胆汁酸与肝功能酶学指标在临床诊断 肝脏疾病中的应用价值 【摘要】 目的 探讨联合检测血清总胆汁酸（ TBA ） 与肝功能酶学指标在临床诊断肝脏疾病中的应用价值。方法 选取 2012 年 6 月～ 2013 年 9 月在本院住院治疗的肝脏疾病 患者  120 例（其中急性肝炎  30 例， 肝硬化  50 例， 肝癌  40 例）和  40 例健康对照组，  分别检测其血清  TBA  与肝功能 酶学指标含量，  分别比较各组指标的浓度变化。结果  急性 肝炎组、肝硬化组以及肝癌组和健康组相比，  血清  TBA  、 ALT  、AST 、GGT  和  ALP  水平明显偏高；急性肝炎组  TBA 水平最高， 肝硬化组、肝癌组 TBA 水平均低于急性肝炎组 （P0.05）。结论 联合检测血清总胆汁酸与肝功能酶学指标在临床实践中对了解和诊断肝脏疾病有着一定的意义，得在临床上推广。  值 【关键词】 总胆汁酸；肝功能酶学；肝脏疾病 Application value of combined detection of serum total bile acid and liver function enzymes in clinical diagnosis of liver diseases CHEN Wei-jun. Results In acute hepatitis group， liver cirrhosis group and liver cancer group and healthy group， serum TBA ， ALT ， AST ， GGT and ALP level was significantly higher ； acute liver inflammatory group had the highest TBA level ， liver cirrhosis group， hepatic carcinoma group were lower than TBA level in acute hepatitis group （P0.05） . Conclusion The combined detection of serum total bile acid and liver function enzymes in clinical practice for the understanding and diagnosis of liver disease have a certain significance， so it is worthy of clinical popularization.
