Warming- up and revision Describe one of your good friends to your classmates. Ⅱ. Presentation 1. Write the words describing the people as many as possible, e.g. tall, thin, … black hair, round face … (Show some pictures on the big screen, and present the new words and expressions in this period) (blonde, mouth, round, face, eye, singer, artist, crime, criminal …) 2. Work on 1a: Match the words with the pictures. 3. Read and write these words about 2 minutes. Ⅲ. Writing 1. Describe one of your family members using the words and expressions we have learned. 学情分析 一、 基本现状: 七年级学生英语水平不等。学生的英语基础知识和听说能力普遍较差,大部分学生虽然在小学接触过英语,但应用能力十分薄弱,特别是听力题,很大一部分学生听起来都很吃力。学生虽然在小学至少有学习英语三年的经历,有了一定的基础,小学的英语与初中课程相衔接,而实际上我们的学生只有一小部分的学生有了不同程度的收获.许多农村的学生基础没打好。很大一部分的学生基本词汇量不过关,更谈不上语法和句型了.初中英语有了一定的难度,基础不好和基础没有的学生会失去对英语学习兴趣.给教学带来一定的麻烦。面对学生掌握英语的程度不一,将采用分层教学与整体教学相结合的方式完成教学任务,努力提高他们的英语水平。 另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略和
