电器行业的偿债能力分析以及优化措施研究 ——以格力电器为例 摘 要：近年来，我们国家社会主义市场经济体制日益发展和逐渐完善，世界经济逐步向全球一体化发展，我国各企业所面临的市场内部和外部环境局势均越来越复杂，企业所能接触的融资渠道扩大，融资途径增多，负债经营这一充分运用外来资金的方式成为了现代企业的一项基本经营策略。而偿债能力是直接关系到企业能否持续经营的重要因素，一个企业的偿债能力如果相对同行业其他企业较低，则公司将会面临融资困难的问题从而很难扩大投资实现持续经营，故而偿债能力成为了企业相关利益者最为关注的财务指标之一。近年来，家电企业处于日新月异的发展中，在面临发展的同时企业也面临着激烈的市场竞争。为了提升市场竞争力，各家电企业对于资金的需求增大。各家电企业资产负债比率上升，故而分析偿债能力成为了判断各家电企业是否会发生财务困境的重要指标。 本文分别以珠海格力电器为例，分析其在2016-2018年的年度总结报告中公开的数据，从资产结构以及企业短期、长期偿还债务的能力方面，将格力电器与美的电器进行对比，对格力集团的偿债能力做出分析。并对目前格力集团偿债能力上存在的相关问题分析可能的成因并提出优化措施。 研究发现，格力集团目前就偿债能力方面来讲存在着流动资产比例较小、现金比例较大、资产负债率较大等问题，针对这些问题，提出了控制存货比例，降低现金存量，合理运用财务杠杆，强化偿债意识等相关优化措施。 关键词：偿债能力；资本结构；格力集团 Debt Paying Ability Analysis and Optimizing Measures of Electrical Appliances Industry: An Example of GREE Abstract: Recently years, with the constant improvement of socialist market economy system and the development of economic globalization, the enterprises of our country confront more complex environment both domestic and abroad.
