PAGE II 广州市房地产经济走向的探析 内 容 摘 要 随着新时代的到来与社会的不断向前发展，在国家整体综合实力不断上升的同时，人民的生活水平也在不断提高。随着城镇化的飞速发展，中国的房地产行业也得到了较大的发展空间。广州，一个作为广东省的省会城市，房地产问题一直是被关注的焦点。在房地产业不断发展的途中，会面临哪些不利因素，应该如何应对，正是本文所探讨的。本文通过研究广州市近年来房地产的总体发展趋势，利用SWOT分析法对广州房地产经济发展进行研究，它把包括了在地理位置优越，一线省会城市等优势。然而在粤港澳大湾区的带动下，也存在着房地产市场供不应求等的劣势，面临着土地消耗、周边城市发展的压力等威胁。基于对广州市房地产经济发展的分析，当下最迫切需要解决的问题是房地产市场供应情况，房地产转型升级，土地资源的消耗量和楼盘的综合素质。所以在本文末也针对性地提出关于广州市房地产未来发展的对策。未来广州市房地产的经济走向应该是向前发展的，而且也会得到相应的发展机会，最重要的是要抓住房地产行业转型关键期的机遇，让广州市房地产经济顺利发展。 关键词：广州市房地产经济；发展态势；SWOT分析；房地产价格；转型升级 An Analysis of the Trend of Real Estate Economy in Guangzhou Abstract With the progress of the times and the continuous development of society, while the countrys overall comprehensive strength is constantly rising, the peoples living standards are also constantly improving. With the rapid development of urbanization, Chinas real estate industry has also developed rapidly. As the capital of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou has always been the focus of attention. In the continuous development of the real estate industry, what unfavorable factors will be faced and how to deal with them, this is what this article discusses. This paper studies the overall development trend of real estate in Guangzhou in recent years, and uses SWOT analysis to study the development of Guangzhous real estate economy. It includes the advantages of superior geographical location and first-tier capital cities.
