PAGE PAGE # 大班幼儿同伴冲突行为及解决策略的研究——以河西区春田花花幼儿园为例 扌商要：孩子之间的冲突在现实生活中是十分普遍与频繁的。这是他们在成长过 程中必要经历的自然历程。因为幼儿在不成熟阶段，对社会的认知不够，与小 伙伴的交流容易产生误会从而形成不必要的冲突。本研究从实际出发，釆用对 实际现象的处理，加以对每年相应的数据的处理，从理论到实际，从量的研究 到质的研究。本研究主要从三个方面，第一，通过量化分析和质性分析幼儿同 伴冲动中老师在调节中起到的作用，第二，从教师观念到实际影响冲突化解的 因素，第三，结合实际思路与教师的观念，就幼儿冲突的管理与教育提出相关 的教育和指导策略。依据策略，我们就冲突的定义，存在的原因等方面就现状 的数据进行统讣，此外，依据冲突的解决以及教师的调节作用进行信息处理， 提出有改进性的措施及处理方案。 关键词：大班幼儿；冲突行为；策略；类型 Childrens Peer Conflict And Its Educational Research Abstract： The conflict between children is very common and frequent in real life. This is the natural course of their growth. Because children in the immature stage, the social awareness is not enough, and the small partner of the exchange is easy to produce misunderstanding to form unnecessary conflict. In this study, the actual situation, the use of the actual situation, to deal with the corresponding data every year, from theory to practice, from the amount of research to qualitative research.
