工程项目施工质量的有效控制探讨 摘 要 质量是直接决定了一个工程的成败，质量不过关会直接影响到公众生命财产的安全和社会经济的进步。近些年，随着我国经济的快速发展和城市的不断扩张，因此建筑业快速发展，建设项目的规模变大和结构越来越复杂度。为了满足新时代的新需求，建设项目的质量要求和标准也越来越高，所以建设项目质量管理和控制的难度也日益增加。稍有疏忽，可能造成质量隐患，甚至发生安全事故。为了充分发挥建设项目的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益，必须保证工程质量。 这就要求对工程的施工质量进行有效的控制。本文首先论述了质量控制的重要性。结合质量控制的背景、意义、内容和现状，分析相关文献，提出质量控制存在的问题及相应的对策，以确保工程的整体质量达到标准。 关键词：工程项目 施工质量 有效控制 策略 Abstract Quality is directly determined the success or failure of a project, the quality of the project will not pass the public life and property security and social and economic development has a significant impact. In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas economy and the continuous expansion of cities, the construction industry develops rapidly and the scale of construction projects becomes larger and the structure becomes more and more complex. In order to meet the new requirements of the new era, the quality requirements and standards of construction projects are also increasingly high, so the quality management and control of construction projects are increasingly difficult. Slight negligence may cause quality problems or even safety accidents. In order to give full play to the economic, social and environmental benefits of a construction project, the project quality must be guaranteed. This requires effective control of construction quality. This paper first discusses the importance of quality control. Combined with the background, significance, content and current situation of quality control, this paper analyzes relevant literature, proposes the existing problems of quality control and corresponding countermeasures, so as to ensure the overall quality of the project to meet the standards.
