Moreover, there are many factors that influence the cost control and schedule management of pipeline project, which cause many problems in management and can’t realize collaborative management. In this paper, the project of pipe network in Xiaonapo Village is selected as the research object. It introduces the background of the research and the present situation of the joint management of project schedule and cost. Based on the theoretical experience basis and practical case analysis of relevant project management at home and abroad, Learning from the previous of project schedule and cost collaborative management summarized. This paper discusses the problems of the project schedule and cost management in the course of implementation of the case network project, such as the delays caused by unreasonable resource planning and the high cost caused by quality factors, then analyzes the causes of the problems.
