摘 要 摘　要 时代的发展也使计算机不断普及，各个行业都在积极的进行信息化的转变。就建筑工程而言，建筑工程也在进行信息化的转变，建筑工程的各个阶段都有信息化的参与。随着互联网的普及，建筑工程进行信息化转变，BIM技术应运而生，BIM技术也被称为建筑信息模型。BIM技术是专门针对工程项目建设开发的模型，其参与项目的建设过程会以大量的数据信息作为基础。BIM会参与到建筑工程的各个阶段。比如：建筑工程的设计、施工等阶段。BIM在建筑工程领域的应用能够有效的提高建筑工程的信息化。 本文在开展课题研究时，选择建筑工程领域进行BIM技术的研究，探讨了BIM对建筑工程的影响。本文首先说明了我国建筑工程的发展状况，以及BIM技术的现状。并选择对昆明第十四水厂项目作为研究的对象，针对项目中采用的BIM，并说明BIM技术为建设行业带来的革命性进步，由此指出我国工程建设领域使用BIM技术时存在的问题，针对上述问题也提出了自己的见解。本文的研究结论能有效的推动BIM技术在工程领域的应用。 关键词：建设项目； 工程管理； BIM技术； 应用 Abstract Abstract The development of The Times also makes the computer more and more popular, all industries are actively transforming information.
