中文摘要及关键词 III 摘　要 随着我国工程建筑工程规模的扩大，政府公益性项目和建设项目也随之增多，但还存在决策、管理、审核等方面的不足，政府和有关建设部门也越来越重视竣工结算审核工作。 本文区分了工程结算审核和决算审计，就工程竣工结算的编制内容和依据进行了详细的介绍，采用了个案研究法、经验总结法等方法对昆明市西山一中项目进行竣工结算审核研究，探讨了竣工结算审核在昆明市西一中项目中的应用，运用重点审查等方法审核该项目的具体情况时，发现其中存在价格变动、现场签证不符、工程量计算不准确、工程价款多计等问题，针对该项目现有的结算问题提出对策。强调了工程竣工结算审核是一项错综复杂的工作，应一丝不苟地计算，不得遗漏，否则会造成无法弥补的损失。因此我们要按相关资料进行结算审核，不要一意孤行，在此基础上，保证工程量和工程价款的准确性和合理性。 关键词：建筑工程　竣工结算　结算审核　 一、绪论 PAGE II PAGE II Abstract With the expansion of Chinas engineering construction projects, government public welfare projects and construction projects have also increased, but there are still shortcomings in decision-making, management, and auditing. The government and relevant construction departments are also paying more and more attention to the completion settlement review. This paper distinguishes between engineering settlement audit and final audit, and introduces the details and basis of the completion of the project completion settlement. The case study method and the experience summary method were used to conduct a study on the completion settlement review of the Xishan No. 1 Middle School project in Kunming. The application of the completion settlement audit in the Xiyizhong project in Kunming City, using the key review and other methods to review the specific situation of the project, found that there are price changes, on-site visa inconsistency, inaccurate calculation of engineering quantities, engineering cost and other issues To propose countermeasures for the existing settlement problems of the project. It emphasizes that the project completion settlement audit is a complicated task, which should be meticulously calculated and must not be missed, otherwise it will cause irreparable losses. Therefore, we must conduct settlement audits according to relevant information, and do not insist on doing so.
