IT业自助报销管理系统设计与实现 摘 要 随着近几年来越来越多的企业开始信息化管理，Web系统已经被广泛应用到各行各业。本文中的自助报销管理系统是一个对中小型IT企业员工报销流程进行信息化管理的企业级内部Web系统。本文首先考察如今中小企业报销管理的实际状况，发现仍有许多存在手工报销的企业，考虑到手工报销模式下的效率低下以及数据不便整理，以此来阐述开发报销管理系统的意义。根据手工台账报销的现存问题，提出了报销系统的需求以及系统开发的关键技术。接着对系统设计进行更进一步的分析，通过系统规划，业务流程、数据流程分析，数据库设计和系统界面等一系列系统设计，再针对不同的角色管理等模块做了概要设计和实现，最后本文对网上自助报销系统的开发做了总结和展望。 本自助报销管理系统的开发使用的是最大众的开发语言——java语言，采用SSM框架作为web项目的框架，B/S结构作为网络结构模式，使用MySQL数据库作为数据平台。从自助报销管理系统的功能上来说主要分为报销管理、部门管理、员工管理、报销单管理。其中报销管理主要是员工对报销单进行填写、修改和提交，以及上级的各种审核处理。部门管理是对部门进行添加、修改、删除等操作。同样的，员工管理是对员工进行添加、修改、删除等操作。最后报销单管理是指对报销单进行查询检索。 自助报销管理系统使企业对员工报销等相关业务的流程与审批的管控极大地进行了加强，在优化了企业相关报销业务流程的同时也提高了工作效率，不仅便于财务部门更加直观地了解公司的报销数据的情况，而且为公司将来制定发展目标提供了有价值意义的信息数据。 关键词：报销系统；B/S模式；SSM； Design and Implementation of IT Industry Self-help Reimbursement Management System Abstract As more and more enterprises have started information management in recent years, Web systems have been widely used in all walks of life.
