PAGE 38 H公司SM生产线优化设计 摘 要 以H公司的SM生产线为研讨对象,观察生产现场,搜集生产线工序内容和时间数据,绘制工艺流程图、流程程序图,应用Flexsim的仿真软件进行建模剖析现状生产线。找出瓶颈工序后改善,除此之外还用工业工程理论知识改善产品生产流程,减少不必要的搬运和停滞状态,接着把0-1整数规划算法输入lingo软件来计算得到最小生产节拍,然后重排合并工序作业顺序,提出最优的生产计划。也为其余企业提高生产线均衡率,提供参考。 经过H公司的生产现场状况的分析,绘制出价值现状图,从图中分析生产线问题,应用精益思维去改善,绘制出价值流的将来状态图。进而提高生产效率,缩短交货周期,满足客户的需求。最后,对生产现场的改善效果进行了总结和评估,并从经济学的角度讨论本次改善效果。 关键词:生产线平衡;0-1整数规划模型;FLEXSIM;价值流图 Optimization design of SM production line of H Company Abstract Taking the SM production line of H company as the research object, observe the production site, collect the process content and time data of the production line, draw the process flow chart and process program chart, and use the Flexsim simulation software to model and analyze the current production line. After finding out the bottleneck process, we can improve the production process with industrial engineering theoretical knowledge, reduce unnecessary transportation and stagnation. Then we input 0-1 integer programming algorithm into lingo software to calculate the minimum production beat, and then rearrange and merge the operation sequence of the process, and propose the optimal production plan. It also provides reference for other enterprises to improve the balance rate of production line. Through the analysis of H companys production site conditions, draw the value status map, analyze the production line problems from the map, apply lean thinking to improve, draw the future status map of value flow. Then improve the production efficiency, shorten the delivery cycle, and meet the needs of customers. Finally, the improvement effect of the production site is summarized and evaluated, and the improvement effect is discussed from the perspective of economics.
