本科毕业论文 论文题目： 论传统文化对行政决策的影响 摘 要 行政管理体制软环境是由传统文化提供的，因为可以把传统文化当做行政管理体制的思想文化的根基。从一定意义上来说，作为一种文化管理的象征，当代的行政管理的研究工作极为重要。结合文化来加深对行政管理的认识和研究，这是行政文化研究工作的主要内容。通过这种方式有助于促进行政管理制度制定过程中高效化和科学化水平的提升。本文从中国传统行政文化出发，深入分析传统行政文化在我国当前行政改革中发挥的作用，采用取其精华去其糟粕的方式，为我国先进的行政文化建立打下坚实基础。以此为立足点，本文首先阐述了关于行政文化的重要传统文化内容，再进一步探讨传统行政文化给行政决策造成的各个方面的影响，取新疆自治区作为一个典型范例，对行政决策和执行全过程进行分析。最后提出对策与建议，完善行政决策机制。 关键词：传统文化；行政决策；影响 ABSTRACT The soft environment of the administrative system is provided by the traditional culture, because the traditional culture can be regarded as the ideological and cultural foundation of the administrative system. In a sense, as a symbol of cultural management, the research of contemporary administrative management is extremely important. Combined with culture to deepen the understanding and research of administrative management, which is the main content of administrative culture research. In this way, it will help to promote the level of high efficiency and science in the process of formulating the administrative management system. Starting from Chinese traditional administrative culture, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the role of traditional administrative culture in Chinas current administrative reform, and adopts the way of taking its essence to remove its dross, so as to lay a solid foundation for the establishment of Chinas advanced administrative culture. Taking this as a foothold, this paper first expounds the important traditional cultural contents of administrative culture, and then further discusses the influence of traditional administrative culture on all aspects of administrative decision-making, taking Xinjiang Autonomous region as a typical example. the whole process of administrative decision-making and implementation is analyzed. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the administrative decision-making mechanism.
