PAGE 58 PAGE 12 年产20万组医用输液泵用锂电池的生产工艺设计 摘 要 医用输液泵提高了注液的安全性和准确性以及降低了护理的工作强度，在医疗方面起着很大的作用。电池作为医用输液泵的重要组成部分，起着至关重要的作用。目前常用的电池主要为铅酸电池和镍氢电池，但其中铅酸电池存在重量和体积大以及污染较大的问题，镍氢电池存在高温性能差和自放电严重的问题，而且这两种都存在而且使用时间短的问题，因此选择综合性能最好且续航能力更强的锂离子电池作为医用输液泵电池，使医用输液泵的使用时间变长，而且让设备变的更加轻便、便捷。 因此本文对医用输液泵用锂电池进行年产20万组的工艺设计，在设计的过程中保持目前绿色生产的理念，确定电池生产工艺，选定设计方案，完成工艺计算，设置性能测试，进行设备选型和成本核算，确定三废处理，绘制车间布置图，最终设计出一条完整的生产线。 关键词：医用输液泵；锂离子电池；工艺设计 The production process design of 200,000 sets of lithium batteries for medical infusion pumps per year Abstract Medical infusion pumps improve the safety and accuracy of infusion and reduce the intensity of nursing work, and play a great role in medical treatment. The nickel-metal hydride batteries have the problems of poor high temperature performance and serious self-discharge, and both There is a problem of short use time. Therefore, the lithium ion battery with the best comprehensive performance and stronger endurance is selected as the medical infusion pump battery, which makes the use time of the medical infusion pump longer, and makes the equipment more portable and convenient. Therefore, this paper carries out the process design of the annual output of 200,000 sets of lithium batteries for medical infusion pumps. In the design process, the current green production concept is maintained, the battery production process is determined, the design plan is selected, the process calculation is completed, the performance test is set, and the Equipment selection and cost accounting, determine the three waste treatment, draw the layout of the workshop, and finally design a complete production line.
