PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 舟山是我国水产品出口的重要城市，其水产出口种类主要是以冻鱼类、头足类、虾类及其制品、蟹类及其制品为主。自2016年以来舟山水产品出口年均增长约达18%，到2019年舟山水产品出口金额已达38.36亿元。总体来说，舟山水产品出口量和出口额都呈现出持续增长的趋势。但是，近年来国际贸易壁垒盛行，日本和韩国对舟山水产品进口加大卫生检查的力度，美国指控舟山虾大量倾销，大大地限制了舟山水产品的出口。还有舟山水产品出口的市场比较单一，抗风险能力较差，水产品牌知名度不高，产品质量监管不足，加上水产品的加工技术不高，生产率低下。以上种种因素制约了舟山水产品出口的发展。 本论文对舟山水产品出口贸易的发展现状进行了全面的分析，运用理论和实际调查来充分分析影响舟山水产品出口贸易发展的因素，并在此基础上提出舟山水产品出口贸易发展的策略。 关键词：舟山 水产品 出口 市场 ABSTRACT Zhoushan is an important city for the export of aquatic products in China. Its aquatic products are mainly frozen fish, cephalopods, shrimps and their products, crabs and their products. Since 2016, Zhoushan aquatic products exports have grown by an average annual rate of about 18%, and by 2019 Zhoushan aquatic products exports have reached 3.836 billion yuan. Generally speaking, the export volume and export value of Zhoushan aquatic products have shown a continuous growth trend. However, international trade barriers have prevailed in recent years. Japan and South Korea have stepped up sanitary inspections of Zhoushan aquatic product imports. The United States has accused Zhoushan shrimp of dumping in large quantities, which has greatly restricted Zhoushan aquatic product exports. In addition, Zhoushan ’s aquatic product export market is relatively simple, with poor resistance to risks, low aquatic product brand awareness, inadequate product quality supervision, and low aquatic product processing technology and low productivity. The above factors have restricted the development of Zhoushan aquatic products exports. This thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the development status of Zhoushan aquatic product export trade, and uses theory and actual investigation to fully analyze the factors that affect the development of Zhoushan aquatic product export trade, and on this basis, puts forward the strategy of Zhoushan aquatic product export trade development.
