30kW燃料电池发动机空压机结构设计
摘要
由于经济的迅速发展,全球汽车数量的不断增加,对于化石燃料的需求与消耗也日益增长,同时汽车尾气的排放对环境造成了大量的危害。而燃料电池具有无污染、噪声小、能量转化率高的优点,便于实现可持续发展,将成为今后的主要动力源。空气压缩机作为燃料电池系统的重要组成部分,近年来国内外学者对此也进行了许多研究,并取得了一些可观的成果,燃料电池空压机行业迎来一片新气象。在对现在的空气压缩机种类进行了解和分析后,根据30kW燃料电池空气压缩机对空气量、进气压力和温度的要求,设计了一种质量较轻、结构简单、转速较高的无油双螺杆空气压缩机。主要在对空压机的转子型线进行设计后,根据空压机流量公式设计出转子尺寸以及斜齿轮、吸排气孔口和壳体的设计。设计出一种进气压力0.1MPa、排气压力0.2MPa,最大产气量达到1.767m3/min,容积效率为80.7%的无油双螺杆空气压缩机。最后对空压机的部分特性进行理论分析以及提出期望。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of economy and the increasing number of cars in the world, the demand and consumption of fossil fuels are also increasing. Meanwhile, the emission of automobile tail gas has caused a lot of harm to the environment.Fuel cell will become the main power source in the future for its advantage of low pollution,low noise and high energy conversion rate, which is convenient for sustainable development. As an important part of fuel cell system, air compressor has been studied by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, and some considerable achievements have been made. Fuel cell air compressor industry is facing a new trend.After a general understanding and analysis of the types of air compressors, an oil-free twin-screw air compressor according to the requirements of air volume inlet pressure and temperature of the 30kW fuel cell air compressor is designed.It has a light mass, simple structure and high rotation speed.After designing the rotor profile, the rotor dimensions, helical gears, intake and exhaust orifices and housing are designed according to the flow formula. This air compressor has inlet pressure of 0.1MPa, exhaust pressure of 0.2MPa, maximum gas production of 1.767m3/min and volumetric efficiency of 80.7%. Finally, some characteristics of air compressor are analyzed theoretically and expectations are put forward.
