建筑用卷筒提升机（卷扬机）设计 系 （部） 专 业 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 提交日期 PAGE I PAGE I 摘 要 建筑用卷筒提升机（卷扬机）是一种大型提升机械设备。用电机拖动机械设备，来带动钢丝绳，然后将提斗在提升架中升降，把建筑材料提升到一定位置。建筑用卷筒提升机（卷扬机）是由原始的工具逐步发展演变而来。现代的建筑用卷筒提升机（卷扬机）提升量大，安全性高，正在逐渐发展成为全自动重型机械设备，它的安全可靠性直接影响到工作人员的生命安全，所以设计一定不能马虎。 在本设计中主要对建筑用卷筒提升机（卷扬机）的传动部分、工作机构及主体部分进行设计。在传动部分本设计采用的是三级的齿轮减速器，工作部分采用的是焊接式的卷筒。该建筑用卷筒提升机（卷扬机）的突出特点是结构比较简单，操作起来比较方便。主要功能是：将建筑材料准确的提升到相应的位置。 建筑用卷筒提升机（卷扬机）的正在向大型化、采用先进的电子控制、手提式的提升机、不带电源装置的提升机的方向快速发展。 关键词：建筑用卷筒提升机（卷扬机），钢丝绳，机械设备，发 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 Abstract Building drum hoist (hoist) is a kind of large mechanical equipment. With motor machinery and equipment, to drive the wire rope, then lift bucket elevator in the frame of ascension, to promote building materials to a certain position. Building drum hoist (winch) evolved from primitive tools gradually developed. Modern building drum hoist, hoist lifting capacity, high security, is gradually developed into automatic heavy machinery equipment, its safety and reliability directly affect the staffs life safety, so the design must not be careless. In this design is mainly to drive part of the building drum hoist (winch), working mechanism and design of main part. In the transmission part of this design USES a three-level gear reducer, work part adopts welded drum. The building drum hoist (winch) prominent feature is the comparison of the structure is simple, convenient to operate. Main functions are: to lift construction materials accurately into the corresponding location. Building drum hoist (winch) is toward large-scale and adopts advanced electronic control, portable lifting machine, with no power supply device of hoist in the direction of rapid development.
