哈萨克斯坦与中国双边贸易结构问题 摘要 自哈萨克斯坦共和国同中华人民共同和国建交以来，两国高 层领导互动频繁，政治互信不断加深，并在安全、经贸、交 通、科技、人文、等领域签订了一系列文件，双方合作日益深 化。尤其经贸合作成效显著，双边贸易额稳步增长，对两国经 济发展产生了积极的影响。在经济全球化、世界经济区域集团 化影响不断加深的国际背景下，研究哈国与中国经贸合作问 题，具有重要的现实意义。 本文从选题的背景及意义入手，对从中哈双边贸易总额与结 构、进出口贸易总额与结构等两个方面展开了论述，再从中哈 间交通不畅、相近的产业结构以及投资环境亟待改善等三个方 面阐述中国与哈萨克斯坦双边贸易存在的制约因素，并针对相 应的问题给出了对策与建议，具体包括关注哈萨克斯坦涉外经 济法规及政策变化、倡导在合作中平等相处、进一步加强经贸 合作的双向性、加强对哈萨克斯坦市场调研以及规避调汇风 险。 关键词：哈萨克斯坦 双边贸易 发展对策 The problem of bilateral trade structure between Kazakhstan and China Abstract Since the establishment of diplomatic relations with the Chinese people in Republic of Kazakhstan, the high-level leaders of the two countries have been interacting frequently, the mutual political trust has been deepened, and a series of documents have been signed in the fields of security, economy, trade, transportation, science and technology, humanities and other fields.
