基于激励机制的农产品供应链风险研究 摘要 我国占地面积广，农业十分发达，但并不意味着我国就是农业强国的事实。在如今经 济发展迅速的背景下，农产品供应链中还存在很多难以解决的问题。主要是农产品供应链 上存在很多风险因素，致使供应链主体利益受损。因此在农产品供应链上采取激励机制， 对于农产品的信息流通，使得每个农产品链接点知识储量增加呈均匀分布。同时采用激励 机制，能够将农产品供应链上的风险降到最低，实现农产品供应链利益最大化，保证了农 产业供应链的稳定运行和可持续发展。本文从“明确问题，建立模型，模型分析，提出完 善方案”四方面下手，形成本文基本框架，详细论述了激励机制对农产品供应链风险的作 用，以及如何实现农产品供应链利益最大化。 关键词：激励机制；农村品供应链；风险研究 Abstract Our country covers an area wide, agriculture is very developed, but does not mean that our country is the fact that agricultural power.Under the background of rapid economic development, there are still many problems in the supply chain of agricultural products.There are many risk factors in the supply chain of agricultural products, which results in the damage of the main interests of the supply chain.Therefore, the incentive mechanism is adopted in the supply chain of agricultural products, and the information of agricultural products is circulated, so that the increase of knowledge reserves at each agricultural product link point is distributed evenly.At the same time, by using incentive mechanism, the risks in agricultural supply chain can be minimized, the benefit of agricultural product supply chain can be maximized, and the stability of agricultural industry supply chain can be ensured. Fixed operation and sustainable development.This paper starts from four aspects: clear the problem, build up the model, analyze the model, put forward the perfect plan, form the basic frame of this article, and discuss the function of the incentive mechanism to the risk of agricultural product supply chain in detail.And how to maximize the benefits of agricultural supply chain.
