Temperature signal chip DS18B20 collecti on by the temperature, with digital sig nal tran smitted to the form of sin gle chip microcomputer; Pressure by level sensor signal of real time data collection, with an analog form transfer to the sin gle chip microcomputer, microc on troller through the A/D conv ersi on, con verted into digital sig nals, calculati on and treatme nt will temperature, pressure, water level information displayed in the LCD mon itor, the paper in troduces the hardware part of the con trol system, in clud ing: temperature detect ion circuit, temperature con trol circuit, pressure detect ion circuit, pressure con trol circuit and other sin gle chip microcomputer in terface circuit. The paper also in troduces software desig n part, here the modularized structure program ming. Software is main ly three parts: the mai n program, keyboard in terrupt and key process ing program, prearc ing in terruptio n program. The other one XieZi programs in clude: temperature sig nal process ing program, show program, PID process ing procedure, etc. This system can to the boiler temperature and water level of the full automation control, not only save thehuman resource, and at the sametime use electric heat ing system, more en ergy efficie nt, more en vir onmen tal protectio n and is more a feasibility.
