This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY 4.0). /licenses/by/4.0/ Open Access 1. 引言 民间体育是我国优秀传统体育文化的重要载体，从古至今融入于各民族人民日常生活与劳作之中， 深受人们喜爱。其所蕴含的教化、娱乐、健身等价值和功能共同组成了我国历史悠久的民间体育文化。 随着我国经济的飞速发展，人们生活方式、观念信仰的转变，民间体育文化的传承与发展受到了阻碍。 近些年在政府的宏观调控和民间体育文化守护者的共同努力下，民间体育文化活动开始频繁出现在人们 的视野中。要实现对民间体育的传承和发展，还要充分借助学校这一教育阵地和渠道，以使青少年充分 认识具有地方特色和丰富文化魅力的民间体育活动，转变民间体育长期以来受“冷遇”、存在“缺位” 等现象，丰富和开阔学生的民间体育文化视野[1
