2016版食品科学与工程专业培养方案 广东工业大学食品科学与工程专业培养方案（2016版） 食品科学与工程 Food science and engineering 学制：4年 Length of Schooling: 4 years 学位：工学学士 Degree: Bachelor Degree of Engineering 制订时间：2016年7月 Formulation date: July 2016 培养目标（培养目标是对该专业毕业生在毕业后5年左右能够达到的职业和专业成就的总体描述） Program objectives 中文： 本专业培养适应社会、经济、科学技术发展需要，素质、能力、知识协调发展，具备食品科学与工程领域的基础理论知识和实践技能，具有较强的社会责任心和较高的道德水平，能够在食品的生产、加工、流通及与食品科学与工程有关的教育、研究、进出口、卫生监督、安全管理等部门，从事食品或相关产品的科学研究、技术开发、工程设计、生产管理、品质控制、市场拓展、检验检疫、创新创业等方面工作，适应广东地区在食品科学与工程等方面需求的高素质应用型人才。 具体培养目标如下： 1. 具有良好的人文素养、职业道德和高度的社会责任感，具备合作竞争意识、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有一定国际视野。 2. 具有扎实的数、理、化、生物学基础理论知识，系统的食品科学与工程专业知识和优良的专业素养。 3. 具备针对复杂食品工程问题，应用本专业知识进行分析、设计、研究、表达和评价的能力。 4. 具备不断学习持续拓展知识的能力，具有对技术和专业环境变化的适应性，有一定的创新意识和应用创新能力。 英文： This specialty aims to educate and train the students with fundamental knowledge and skills in food science and engineering, and the ability to do food science research, technology development, engineering design, production management, quality control, products sales, inspection and quarantine, education and teaching, et al., in the department of food production, food processing and food circulation, and in the food science and engineering related departments, such as education, research, import and export, health supervision, safety management, et al.
