金融市场制度创新 篇一：上海自贸区的金融制度创新与分析 上海自贸区的金融制度创新和分析 摘要 中国（上海）自贸区的获批对上海是一项重大政策红利。 从全国角度来看，上海自由贸易试验区的建设被高层确定为 “既有利于改革又有利于发展的对外开放新模式”。国务院 印发的《中国（上海）自由贸易试验区总体方案》中提出, 自贸区改革的主要任务和措施包括加快政府职能转变、扩大 投资领域的开放、推进贸易发展方式转变、深化金融领域的 开放创新、完善法制领域的制度保障。在自贸区的各项改革 领域中，最受关注的莫过于金融领域。其中利率市场化、资 本项目可兑换、人民币跨境使用等成为各界关注和讨论的焦 点。上海自贸区建设获批，给上海的发展带来了新的契机，必 将有力地促进上海“四大中心”的建设。上海自由贸易试验 区的建立也是更加积极主动对外开放的重大举措，将成为撬 动中国新一轮改革开放的支点。 本论文以上海自贸区金融制度为研究对象，首先对自贸 区的概念和类别进行分析，并对上海自贸区的情况作了深入 的探讨，分析了上海自贸区当前金融制度的创新点，并通过 和我国传统的金融制度相比，阐述了其对我国金融的风险, 并以香港自由港为例子，通过对比分析，得出上海自贸区今 后发展的方向和策略。 关键词：自贸区；金融制度；创新发展 Abstract Approved China ( Shanghai) Trade Area of Shanghai is a major policy dividends. In this thesis, Shanghai FTA financial system as theresearch object，first FTA concepts and categories were analyzed, and the situation in Shanghai FTA discussed in depth analysis of the current Hnancial system innovation trade zone in Shanghai point，and through the financial system and compared to our traditional，elaborated on China#39;s financial risks，and the free port of Hong Kong as an example，by comparing the analysis, the direction and strategy of Shanghai FTA future development.
