如文档对您有帮助，欢迎下载支持，谢谢！ 循证护理在减少心脏介入术后并发低血压中 的应用 【摘要】目的: 探讨运用循证护理的方法减少心脏介入术后患 者低血压发生的护理效果。方法 : 回顾分析 2008 年 1 月至 2009 年 8 月我科 152 例心脏介入术后患者采用循证护理的工作方法预防护理术 后并发低血压的效果。结果 :152 例患者，并发低血压的 5 例，均未发 生恶性心脏事件。 结论 : 通过运用循证护理的工作方法， 减少了心脏介 入术后患者低血压的发生， 提高了护士的判断能力、 观察力、理解力、 科研能力以及工作技能 , 促使护士养成科学的思维方式和态度， 使整体 护理水平得到明显提高。 【关键词】循证护理 ; 心脏介入术 ; 低血压 【Abstract 】 Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing (EBN) for reducing hypotension in the patients after cardiac interventional operation. Methods:The patients after cardiac interventional operation (n=152) in our department from Jan 2008 to Aug 2009 were reviewed and analyzed. The effect of EBN for preventing and nursing hypotension were observed. Results:There were 5 cases with complicated hypotension among152 cases, but without adverse cardiac events.
