Adopting the methods of experiment, questionnaire, documentation, data statistical analysis and comparative analysis, an investigation was carried out in 108 law students of Grade 06(including 52 female students), 143 criminal investigation students of Grade 07(including 14 female students), 158 public security students of Grade 07(including 16 female students), totally 409 students from 9 majors. Through the reformation and practice, students’ interest of the course was raised, physical fitness was strengthened, teaching quality was improved, and an obvious teaching effect was achieved.
