电子健康信息对中老年健康自助行为的研究 ——基于广东省中老年群体的调查分析 【摘要】在积极老龄化已然成为全球面对人口老龄化挑战的关键政策制度 和重要的战略汁划的大背景下，电子健康信息是用户利用互联网移动端设备等信 息技术，以搜寻、获取与之相关的保健、预防、治疗、维护、诊断等信息。本文 基于广东省中老年群体抽样调查数据，研究电子健康信息对中老年群体健康自助 行为的影响，为促进其健康自助行为提出政策性建议。本文设计调查问卷对广东 省40岁以上中老年群体进行线上线下问卷调查，运用SPSS软件的方差分析和 线性回归进行实证分析，研究中老年群体健康信念获取行为、健康知识获取行为、 健康互助行为、医疗资源利用行为和健康维护行为等五个维度的健康自助行为现 状，以及电子健康信息在获取电子健康信息内容、电子健康信息的获取动机和获 取电子健康信息能力三方面对广东省中老年群体的健康自助行为的影响。 【关键词】电子健康信息；中老年群体；健康自助行为 The Research and Analysis of Electronic Health Informationon Promoting Health Self-help Behavior among Middle-agedand Elderly People Based on the analysis of health self-help behavior of middle-aged and old people in Guangdong Province [Abstract] Electronic health has emerged as a new medical health iiifonnation service and management mode?
