毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 某屠宰厂生产废水处理工程设计 学 院： 环境与化学工程 专业班级： XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 指导教师： XXX 职称： 讲师 学生姓名： XXXX 学 号： XXXXXXXXX 摘 要 本设计为屠宰厂生产废水处理设计， 设计过程为初步设计。 屠宰废水水质的 主要特点是含有大量的有机物， 属高浓度有机废水， 故其生化需氧量也较大。 该 3 屠宰废水处理厂的处理水量为 350m/d ，不考虑远期发展。原污水中各项指标为 BOD浓度为 450mg/L，COD浓度为 900mg/L，SS浓度为 520mg/L。因该废水 BOD 值较大，不经处理会对环境造成巨大污染， 故要求处理后的排放水严格达到国家 一级排放标准，即： BOD≤25mg/L,COD≤60mg/L,SS≤70mg/L。 经分析知该处理水属易生物降解又无明显毒性的废水， 可采用两级生物处理 以使出水达标。一级处理主要采用物理法，用来去除水中的悬浮物质和无机物。 二级处理主要采用生物法，包括厌氧生物处理法中的 UASB法和好氧生物处理法 中的 SBR法，可有效去除水中的 BOD、COD。 整个工艺具有投资少，处理效果好，工艺简单，占地面积省，运行稳定，能 耗少的优点。 关键词 ：屠宰废水处理，高浓度有机废水，格栅，气浮池， UABA 法，SBR法 ABSTRACT This design is one slaughterhouse wastewater treatment. The degree of the desing is in a preliminary phase. The main distinguishing feature of the slaughterhouse wastewater treatment is that it contains the massive organic matters, so it belongs to the high demand is also hing. The water which needs to treatment in the 3 slaughterhouse wastewater treatment plant is 350m/d, regardeless of the specified future development.
