PAGE PAGE 17 W公司信息化存在的问题及改进 摘要：随着计算机和网络技术的成熟，企业信息化在现代企业中扮演着越来越重要的角色。尤其在经济全球化的今天，企业需要不断通过对体制，技术和管理等等方面的创新，来增强企业在市场上的地位。我们知道，在企业管理中,管理者用企业信息化的手段，来增强企业的管理效率，从而节省企业的费用。然而在企业信息化这条道路中，企业不仅需要对企业本身进行充分的了解，而且还要根据企业的发展情况和战略目标来进行调整。所以在信息化实行的过程中，要充分考虑到企业自身信息化所具备的设施，管理者对信息化重视程度，信息化的标准和制度，信息化人才的建设，信息沟通和集成，信息化安全以及政府对信息化的干预等相应的问题。要解决这些问题就必须改进原有的信息化系统，从而来实现信息共享和业务流程优化的目标。此文主要通过对杭州的一家公司进行调查和了解，针对这家企业信息化现状的问题，各个方面进行原因分析，提出相应的解决方案。 关键词：企业信息化；信息化系统的问题；改进的途径 Research on Problems and Improvement of W Company Information System Abstract: With the maturation of computer and network technology, enterprise information technology plays an increasingly important role in the modern enterprise. So in the information in the process of implementing, company should fully taking into account the facilities of the enterprise Informationization, manager of information importance level, standards and systems of information, information professional building, communication and integration, information security and Government intervention in the information corresponding problems. To solve these problems it is necessary to improve existing information systems in order to achieve the goal of information sharing and business process optimization. This article mainly through the investigation and understanding of a company in Hangzhou, the status quo of enterprise informatization problems and reason analysis on various aspects and come up with appropriate solutions.
