PAGE PAGE 19 村委会选举中贿选现象的法律治理 摘要：村委会选举是基层民主建设最重要的环节，《村民委员会组织法》自1988年试行以来，基层民主建设取得了较大的成绩。但近年来，在村民委员会选举中出现了一些贿选现象，无疑给我国的基层民主建设带来了诸多消极的影响。这种现象的出现是由多种因素造成的。包括一些法律漏洞、经济原因、社会因素等等。解决贿选问题，需要多方共同努力。针对贿选现象发生的原因，本文主要从农村地区的经济建设、完善村委员选举制度、分散村委会权力过大、乡村传统的利弊取舍等方面为解决这一现象提供一些有效的对策和方案。任何制度都不是完美存在的，解决贿选问题也必须从多方面来进行努力，只有将法律治理经验和社会治理对策等形成一个完整的链条，才能最大限度的较少甚至遏制贿选的发生。 关键词：选举制度；贿选；民主监督；法律治理 The Legal Governance of the Village Committee Election Bribery Phenomenon Abstract: The village elections is grassroots democracy the most important part, Village Committee Organization Law since 1988 trial, grassroots democracy has made great achievements.
