Construct a suitable for enterprise needs the training management system is very important to the development of the enterprise. In this paper, on the basis of the human resource management and organizational behavior theory, through the analysis of the literature summary, as well as to the analysis and study of domestic enterprise training work practice, formed a management system for training a deeper understanding. Through the training situation of X company, the paper discusses the training management system of construction methods and try to construct a set of suitable for enterprise training management system mode, the training management system has a strong guiding role.
