浅谈旅游企业人力资源治理的问题分析及对策 摘要 企业对于促进国民经济增长、缓解就业压力都有着重要的作用，但是企业在进展的过程中也存 着着不 问题，尤其是在人力资源治理方面，本文以W旅游企业为案例进行研究，首先对于人力资 源以及人力资源治理的概念进行明确，其次根据该企业的现状指出该企业在人力资源治理中存在 的问题，例如治理观念陈旧，没有一个长远的人力资源治理规划，人才引进机制不成熟、企业文化 对企业人力资源治理助力不足等。最终笔者针对这些问题提出了自己的建议，重点从员工招聘、激 励机制和企业文化建设三个方面来分析问题，并提出有效的解决策略，为中小型企业建立一套更完 善更健全的人力资源治理体提供一定的借鉴意义。在当前旅游行业进展速度加快的情况下，逼着选 择旅游行业进行分析，对旅游行业人力资源治理情况有重要的作用。 关键词 ：中小企业 ；人力资源治理；优化措施 Abstract Enterprises have an important role in promoting national economic growth and relieving employment pressure.
