电子政务信息资源管理平台建设的探讨和实践 电子政务信息资源管理平台建设的探讨和实践 摘要 本文对电子政务信息资源管理进行了思考， 分析其现状和问题， 提出解决办法和设想。 在此基础上 , 运用 ASP技术和 VBScript 脚本编程语言对信息资源管理平台建设进行了亲身 体验和实践；在对我国若干经济信息网站进行深入分析的基础上，把平台定位于构建某市 （齐州市）经济信息网——为当地经济发展提供来自政府的宏观经济信息服务。论文涵盖 了系统开发的全过程，包括系统分析，系统设计和系统实施，阐述了系统开发过程的关键 技术、创新点和难点，讨论了 ASP技术， ADO访问数据库技术，最后还对本系统进行了总 结和展望。 Abstract This paper illustrates the thoughts of Information Resource Management (IRM) of E-Government, analyzes the situation present and existing problems and gives measures which are taken to solve those problems of IRM of EG. Based on the thinking above, we put our assumptions into practice, the building of the flat of IRM of EG, with the ASP technology and VBScript language. After deeply analyses to several internal economy information web-sites, we locate the flat on the Qizhou Economy Information Net (QEINet), to provide the macro-economy information service to local citizens. This paper covers the whole course of Information System Development, including IS analysis, IS design and IS deployment, and introduces the key technologies, the creation points and some difficulties in the course.
