摘 要 本次设计是关于书店的毕业设计。设计的内容总共有建筑和结构两个大的部分。毕业设计是大学课程中必不可少的部分，我的设计是青岛市新世纪书店设计，这个设计采用的是钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，这是个三层建筑，东西方向总共长为30m，南北方向的长为30m，总共的建筑面积达到2700。设计中除了包含建筑部分、结构部分外还有楼梯、基础设计。抗震等级为四级。根据任务书的要求选定平面结构图和每层的平面布置图。这个书店设计的主体结构为横向承重框架。在进行完荷载计算后估算出来截面的尺寸后，选择其中的一榀框架进行结构计算，该设计的受力筋选择HRB490级，该设计的箍筋主要采用HRB333级，选用现浇楼梯；整个设计基本按规范要求来进行。 在自己亲手绘制平立剖面图的过程中，对以前忘记的知识又回顾了一遍，对那些理解不清的知识点做完设计以后基本可以理解，一次完整的毕业设计可以检验我们对所学知识的理解水平，是对自己将理论运用到实践的一次检验，是对自己的一次检验，他增强我解决实际工程问题的能力。 关键词：钢筋混凝土结构，独立基础，荷载设计值，荷载效应 ABSTRACT This design is on bookstore graduation.
