Methods A total of 152 patients with nerveroot cervical spondylosis were selected and divided into two groups: treatment group with medicinal broth of activate blood circulation (n=87) and control group with Jing Fu Kang (n=65). Pain degree (VAS method), hemorheological indexes, serum interleukin (IL)10 and adhesion molecule were observed before and after treatment and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results Pain scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment (P), and the difference in pain scores of posttreatment between the two groups was obvious (P). Hemorheological indexes, IL10 and adhesion molecule after treatment between the two groups were obviously different (P). The differences in cure rate and effective rate between the two groups were positive (P). Conclusion The treatment effect of medicinel broth of activate blood circulation is significant for nerveroot cervical spondylosis.
