MethodsA total of 130 paitents with UA were divided into trial group and control group at random. The control group was admitered with routine treatment and the trial group with additional Danhong injection for two to the comparison between the two groups, Danhong injection obviously eliminated the symptoms of UA (% vs % in total effective rate, P), and improved the appearance in 12lead electrocardiograms of UA (% vs % in total effective rate, P). The descent of fibrinogen and lipids in blood was more obvious in the trial group than in the control (P), as well as the descent of blood viscosity (P). According to the comparison of serum hypeeitive Creactive protein (hsCRP) between before and after treatment, the trial group won an advantage of the control group (P).ConclusionDanhong injection can improve the microcirculation in the patients with UA safely and affirmatively. Key words： utable angina; Danhong injection; Creactive protein 2007年1—10月我院采用丹红注射液在常规治疗基础上治疗不稳定型心绞痛，疗效满意，现 总结 报告如下。 1资料与方法 1．1一般资料 选择2007年1—10月间的不稳定型心绞痛（UA）病人130例，均符合国际心脏病学会和协会及世界卫生组织(ISFC/WHO)的诊断标准［1］。其中合并高血压病80例，高血脂60例。排除标准：（1）合并心肌梗死；（2）影响心电图确诊心肌缺血的体征；（3）有明显心力衰竭症状；（4）有严重心脏外的其他器质性疾病。治疗组与对照组男女比例分别1．5：1及1．3：1；年龄分别(60．3±10．10)岁、(62．18±10．50)岁，病程分别为(7．86±4．65)年、(7．66±2．34)年。两组在性别、
