PAGE PAGE 23 新型流动人口生殖健康服务的满意度的影响要因对策研究 ——以杭州下沙经济技术开发区500例流动人口调查为例 摘要：随着我国经济发展和城市化进程的不断加快，新型流动人口的数量越来越多，流动人口的生殖健康问题成为了新时期我国计划生育工作必须面对的新问题，这应该引起社会的高度重视。因此，如何管理流动人口生殖健康服务以及如何提高生殖健康服务，满足流动人口的需求，显得尤为重要。本文选取了这个热点作为研究主题，从新型流动人口生殖健康服务的现状出发，指出提高流动人口生殖健康服务的意义，并且以杭州下沙经济开发区500例流动人口为数据样本，进一步分析流动人口的生殖健康的基本情况，最后从流动人口管理具体手段出发，探讨流动人口的生殖健康服务的管理模式。在此基础上，本文提出的改进措施有：一、健全流动人口生殖健康服务供给方面的制度，建立激励与约束机制；二、促成多主体参与的生殖健康服务管理；三、拓展资金渠道。 关键词：流动人口生殖健康服务满意度对策分析 The influence of the new type of floating population reproductive health service satisfaction by countermeasure research -- -- -- in Hangzhou Xiasha economic and technological development zone, 500 cases of floating population survey as an example Abstract: As China’s economic development and urbanizatian is accelerating,there are more and more transfer people,and the reproductive health issues of them are the problem that China’s family planning work must face in new era,this should be more attention from society.Therefore, how to manage the floating population reproductive health services, and how to improve the reproductive health service, satisfied the demand of the floating population is particularly important.This article selects the hot spots as the research subject, starting from the present situation of new type of reproductive health services of the floating population, points out that the significance of improving reproductive health services of the floating population,and in Hangzhou Xiasha economic development zone, 500 cases of floating population for data samples, further analyzing the basic situation of reproductive health of floating population,finally, starting from the specific means of the floating population management, reproductive health services of floating population management mode.On this basis, this paper puts forward the improvement measures are as follows:One, a sound system of reproductive health service supply of the floating population, establish incentive and constraint mechanism;Second, contributing to mo
