PAGE PAGE 32 新浙商技术创业的商业模式及其支持体系研究 摘要：技术是创业和获益的重要工具，技术创业市场潜力巨大，能够促进社会经济发展、产业结构调整和升级。 本文首先通过对现有文献的回顾，对技术创业的定义、特征、支持体系的研究和商业模式的理论、构建、技术创业商业模式研究做了综述。随后对技术创业商业模式进行了分析，包括价值主张、价值创造和传递、价值整合的分析，并对技术创业支持体系中的外部支持（政策法律支持、区位支持、金融资金支持）和内部支持（创业团队支持、管理制度支持）做了分析，提出了支持体系的引导、支撑和选择作用。最后理论联系实际，对浙江正泰从商业模式到支持体系进行了案例分析，对技术创业的商业模式及其支持体系做了有效阐释。 本文着眼于商业模式中价值和支持体系的研究，对技术创业企业商业模式中价值主张、价值创造等方面有一定的指导和参考价值，具有理论和实践意义。 关键词：技术创业商业模式支持体系 Research on the business model and the support system of new Zhejiang merchants’ technology entrepreneurship Abstract: Technology is an important tool of entrepreneurship and gaining interests. Technology entrepreneurship has a large market and it can stimulate the economy and give impetus to the adjustment and escalation of the industrial structure. In this paper, first of all, through the review of the existing literature, the author makes a summary of the definition, the characteristics and the support system of technology entrepreneurship also the theory, the construction of business model and the business model of technology entrepreneurship. Second, the author makes an analysis on the business model of technology entrepreneurship including value proposition, value creation and transmission, and the support system including outside support (political and law support, location support, financial support) and inside support (team support, regulation support) then proposes the functions of the support system including guiding, sustaining and choosing. Last, linking theories with practice, the author makes a case analysis on CHINT and makes an efficient explanation of the business model of technology entrepreneurship and its support system. The paper focuses on value and the support system and it can provide some guidance on value proposition and creation of entrepreneurship’s business model.
